Also there is a fair amount of overlap and I feel like the step2 deck is pretty good at doing two things: helping to consolidate all the information of a certain disease process into the most clinically relevant (and therefore most likely to be tested) and Cards with both Step 1 and Step 2 tags are primarily Step 1 cards that have been tagged with Step 2 too to reduce the duplicates in Step 2 deck.
