Currently LVL 22 - 2nd Wipe For the scav kills, stick to the underground carpark and walk the length of it twice over - scavs spawn under Oli and under Idea, once you've gone up and back twice, hit scav camp on your way to the extract - you might only net 6 or 7 scav kills per game, but it's usually a safer play. Usually some meds or early game ammo too. PScavs can spawn at any point normal scavs can spawn in (scav spawn waves) given there are player slots to fill and at least 1 PMC in the raid. The town is great for food but Emercom Camp, Usec Camp, and Scav Bunker have also been great for food. For scav hunting quests it can be a reasonable play to spawn, find a nice bush and hide for half the raid. But because people play Interchange like giant rats and try to loot without ever being seen or coming into contact with anything, or waiting until power gets turned on to rush Kiba/Ultra medical, there tends to not be as much action until later. in Urban Clothes you can find a Scav Backpack and if you go down the hallway towards the "To Stairs" sign you will find 2 black boxes to loot Edit: on both sides of the mall in the hallway towards the "to Stairs" sign you can find 2 boxes to loot, these spawn AKUs and M1As (thats what I found there) I use to get 80-100(capped) fps most maps, then when they turned up scav spawns it went to 60-85fps most maps, now each patch since the scav spawn increase has made stutters increased with each patch till now. There is no time even to loot dead scav before new one pushes you. This has been a regular occurrence on Interchange this patch, in particular at Oli and Goshan.
