Sometimes Plex will develop some weird thing and I'll jump over to Emby and Emby won't have that problem so for that particular file I'll just watch on Emby. Example: Plex will passthrough Atmos fine, but if your TV or receiver doesn't "support" it, it will actually transcodes the file, since you can't force direct play anymore (lost feature since v5, dunno if they fixed this on v7 since I abandoned Plex as devs seems to have Plex and Emby have better compatibility with clients but Plex uses external authentication and Emby requires Premiere for a lot of features.
